WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT –
- I will send you an ashes collection pot or if you have something that you would rather use then that is absolutely fine.
- Once your order is confirmed and paid for I will contact you and talk you through the encapsulation process and give you my address to send your loved ones to.
I aim to have your jewellery back to you within a week of receiving your precious inclusion. Please note that this time may vary depending on suppliers stock and any upcoming or current postal strikes.
Please be reassured that your loved ones will be handled with the utmost love and care while I am looking after them. I will keep you updated during the encapsulation process.
